Hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain
VPS Hosting in Bahrain
Cloud servers physically hosted in a Bahrain data centre. NVMe storage, full root access, invoiced in Bahraini Dinars by a company registered here, and supported by people in your own timezone.
From BD 10 per month. Deployed in about two minutes.
Why host in Bahrain?
Most hosting sold to Bahraini businesses actually runs in Germany, Ireland or India. For a brochure website that is fine. For anything else, distance and jurisdiction start to matter.
Your data stays in the Kingdom
Server, disk and IP address are all physically in Bahrain. Cross-border data transfer stops being a question you have to answer on a tender or a compliance review.
Single-digit latency locally
Traffic from Batelco, stc and Zain customers never leaves the country. On a database-driven site, a WordPress dashboard or a checkout, the difference against a European server is obvious.
Invoiced in dinars
Priced and billed in BHD by a Bahraini CR holder. No currency conversion, no foreign transaction fees, and an invoice your accountant will accept without question.
Support in your timezone
A real person in Riffa, in English or Arabic, during hours you are actually awake โ not a ticket queue eight hours behind you.
Full root access
A dedicated virtual machine, not a shared folder on someone else's server. Install whatever you need, configure it however you like.
One supplier for site and server
We build and maintain websites here too. When something breaks there is no argument about whether it is the code or the hosting โ it is the same phone number either way.

What Bahraini businesses run on these
WordPress and business websites
A dedicated server for one company website, with the admin dashboard responding instantly instead of lagging behind a European connection.
Online stores and checkouts
Every millisecond in a checkout costs conversions. Hosting the store where the customers actually are is the cheapest performance win available.
Databases and internal systems
HR records, customer data, accounting systems โ the workloads where "where is this stored?" is a question someone will eventually ask you in writing.
Applications and APIs
Node, Python, PHP, Docker โ anything you can install on Linux, with a fixed Bahrain IP address you can whitelist.
Worth knowing before you buy
These are unmanaged servers
You get root and full control, which also means updates, backups and security are yours. If you have no system administrator, ask us about a managed care plan instead โ it is a different product and usually the right one.
We do not take backups for you
There are no automatic snapshots on these plans. If your data matters, back it up somewhere that is not the same server. We can set that up as a separate service.
New accounts are checked by hand
We review every signup before the first server, usually within a few hours of Bahrain business time. It keeps the platform clean, which is the only reason our IP ranges have a good reputation.
Non-payment has a clear, slow timeline
A failed card buys seven days of grace with the server still running, then suspension with your data kept for twenty-one more days, and only then deletion. You are emailed at every step.
Bahrain VPS Hosting FAQs
Where exactly are your servers located?
In a data centre inside the Kingdom of Bahrain. Your server, its disk and its IP address are all physically in Bahrain โ not in Dubai, Riyadh or Frankfurt with a Bahraini billing address attached.
Does Bahrain law require me to host personal data locally?
No, and anyone telling you otherwise is overselling. Bahrainโs Personal Data Protection Law (Law 30 of 2018) does not mandate local hosting. Article 12 restricts transferring personal data abroad unless the destination is on the PDPAโs approved list or you have specific authorisation. Hosting in Bahrain simply removes that question from your compliance work entirely, which is why government tenders and regulated businesses often ask for it.
How fast is a Bahrain-hosted server for local visitors?
Traffic from Batelco, stc and Zain customers reaches a Bahrain-hosted server without leaving the country, typically in single-digit milliseconds. On a static website the difference is small. On anything chatty โ a WordPress admin panel, a database-driven application, an online store checkout โ it is noticeable.
Can I pay in Bahraini Dinars?
Yes. Every plan is priced and invoiced in BHD by WisdomDigi Cyber Solutions, a company registered in Bahrain. No currency conversion, no foreign transaction fees, and an invoice your accountant can file.
Do you accept Benefit or BenefitPay?
Not for cloud servers. Benefit cards cannot be used for recurring monthly subscriptions, so we accept Visa and Mastercard here. We do accept Benefit and BenefitPay elsewhere on digi.bh for one-off purchases.
Are these servers managed?
No. These are unmanaged VPS plans: you get full root access and complete control, which also means operating system updates, backups and security are your responsibility. If you would rather we handled all of that, ask us about a managed care plan โ it is a different service and a better fit for most businesses without a system administrator.
Do you take backups of my server?
No. There are no automatic snapshots on these plans. If your data matters, back it up somewhere that is not the same server. We can set up and manage backups for you as a separate service.
What operating systems can I install?
Ubuntu 24.04 and 22.04, Debian 12 and 11, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream and Arch Linux, among others. You pick the operating system at checkout and can reinstall it later from the control panel.
How long does it take to get my server?
About two minutes from payment. The server is provisioned automatically and the root login details are emailed to you as soon as it boots. New accounts are reviewed by a person before the first order, which usually takes a few hours during Bahrain business hours.
Why do you review new accounts manually?
Because instant, anonymous server provisioning attracts fraud and spam, and that damages the reputation of the IP ranges every one of our customers shares. Checking new accounts by hand is the reason our addresses stay clean. It is a one-time step.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing sudden. Your server keeps running for seven days while we retry the card and email you. If it is still unpaid it is suspended but your data is kept for a further twenty-one days, so you can settle up and be back online. Only after that is the server deleted. We email you at every stage.
Can I upgrade to a bigger server later?
Yes, though it currently means building a new server and migrating your data rather than resizing in place. Tell us before you order if you expect to grow quickly and we will help you pick a size you will not outgrow in a month.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from the control panel at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your server keeps running until the end of the month you have already paid for.
