Refund Request Window
Customers must contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Digital Products
We do not accept returns for digital products and services once they have been downloaded or accessed. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.
Upon receiving a refund, customers will immediately lose access to the purchased digital content.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Product was not delivered or cannot be downloaded
- Product is significantly different from the description

- Duplicate purchase made in error

- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
Refund Denials
If a refund request is denied, you will be notified via email with the reason for denial. We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases where we suspect abuse of our refund policy, including situations where customers download or use products extensively before requesting refunds.
