2. Agreement to Terms

This website and all services are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

System development
Mobile application development
Smart home solutions
Digital products and templates

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement.

5. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
All information you provide is accurate and complete
You will not use automated systems or methods to access our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Wisdom Digi Cyber Solutions W.L.L and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Upon full payment for custom services, you will own the final deliverables. However, WisdomDigi retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Currency: All payments are processed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

For Custom Projects:

50% deposit required before project commencement
50% due upon project completion and approval

For Digital Products: Full payment required before download access is granted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from our services
Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access services
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
Circumventing security features or access controls
Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reselling or redistributing our digital products without authorization

9. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to deny access to and use of our services (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason or for no reason, without prior notice. Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "AS-IS" with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy or completeness of content
Security of data transmission
Compatibility with all devices or browsers

For custom development services, we provide support as specified in your project agreement. Additional support may be purchased separately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wisdom Digi Cyber Solutions W.L.L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or information
Business interruption
Damages from third-party transactions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

12. Data Processing and Privacy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that data may be transferred to and stored in Bahrain.
